  • If a replacement product is available, we will ship it free of charge.

  • If the product is unavailable, we will offer a full refund to the original payment method.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: Return shipping costs are covered by LuLuCharm.

  • Non-defective items: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (only if allowed under specific promotions or conditions).


5. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process.
